Chief Technology Officer

Mac holds Degrees in Computer Science and Organizational Management. Mac has been a member of AFCOM, a leading association for data center professionals, offering services to help support the management of data centers around the world, since 1995. Mac also holds achievement certificates in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation in IT Service Management and Dale Carnegie Leadership and Communications Training.

Before beginning a career in Information Technology (IT) Mac gained a strong understanding of construction principles working in a leadership capacity for Flour Corporation (NYSE: FLR). Flour is Fortune 500 Company that delivers engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and project management to governments and clients around the world.

In 1988 Mac joined the Information Technology Group at Eastman Chemical Company (Kingsport, TN-NYSE: EMN) in an operations management role. During two decades with Eastman Mac gained broad experience in large scale facility and project management, playing key roles in data center disaster recovery planning and later, in the design and implementation of the Company's business continuity strategy. Other experiences Mac developed at Eastman Chemical Company included project leadership in data center design and construction, synchronous data replication strategy, change management, as well as data center security design and planning.

With over a quarter of a century experience in Information Technology Mac is recognized as a technology leader known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals. Mac's experience allows him to offer a unique blend of executive acumen, team-building and IT solutions development. With a record of consistently delivering results by aligning technology initiatives with business objectives Mac is able to deliver substantial improvement to service delivery,standardization, ROI, and business/system performance.

Mac joined Lightwave eHealthcare Services in 2009 as its Chief Technology Officer. Lightwave eHealthcare Services-headquartered in Atlanta, GA with offices in the United Kingdom and Ghana, Africa-specializes in bridging public healthcare needs with technology solutions in developing countries. Mac's experience enables design and delivery of technology and infrastructure solutions to meet project objectives.
